In the unfortunate event that there are no authorised service provider in the area, the selected service company shall approach the BMA via email at tech@bahamasmaritime.com and request for “one off authorisation”. It should be reiterated that best efforts shall be made to outsource an authorised service provider prior to approaching the BMA. This will be addressed as force majeure and reviewed on a case by case basis.
